Founder, Auto ClinicA postgraduate in Master in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, our founder has spent the majority of his professional journey based in Pune. With a career built around a critical HR leadership role and over two decades of experience in labour supply management, he brings a rare combination of people-first leadership and deep operational expertise to Auto Clinic.
His specialization lies in managing key areas of car washing and detailing services, and he has served as an authorised channel partner of 3M car care across several prestigious automobile brands in Pune. Guided by a genuinely positive approach to relationship building and a firm belief in "relations for life," his leadership has been central to steering the organization toward consistent, long-term success.

Mr. Avinash Dorwani
Director – 2nd BD & I, Auto ClinicA B.E. Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Avinash Dorwani has spent most of his professional career in Pune and other parts of Maharashtra. He has successfully steered luxury retail brands such as Mercedes Benz, Audi, Jaguar & Land Rover across Pune as well as Mumbai, bringing with him a strong foundation in engineering combined with proven leadership in the premium automobile retail space.
With more than two decades of experience, he has always remained customer-centric and has been a key driver of business growth as well as the systems and processes that support it, contributing significantly to Auto Clinic's operational excellence and premium service standards.
